tsukinofaeriiBetween certain music and the glory of having finally finished the first (paper) draft of a killer fic (91 page hand-written, with many scenes needing to be inserted before I start typing and revising, and a LOT of detail needing to be added), this somehow oozed its way out of my brain.

Gray sunlight filtered through the window, accompanied by the tattoo of rain on the roof. Sora snuggled deeper into the covers, nuzzled against Riku’s side with his head buried except for a few chestnut spikes of hair. It was well into Sunday afternoon. Their responsibilities weighed them down, kept them running. None of it left time for lazy weekend mornings most days. Rain changed everything, turned a bedroom into a private hide-away. Chores, Sora decided, could wait until Monday. His world consisted of soft skin and warm blankets, Riku’s sleepy smile and green eyes and the beat of the rain overhead. Everything else could wait.
