Gods, I love my new fandom. Deadpool is taking over the Marvel Kink Meme and it is amazing love. Well, not "taking over", but I'm sure it'll happen. There is also multiple Tony/Mudkips (which I won't link; just be grateful) and Bruce Wayne/Boywhore!Tony that's a tiny bit heartbreaking and still awesome. Just when I needed the pick-me-up too. (Family things, long story, don't want to talk about it. I'm trying the "if I don't think about it then it's not happening" method of denial. It's worked before.)

ETA: Also, I should mention my latest crack theory that explains why Tony is so beat up upon.

See. Tony is under a ~~gypsy~~ ~~evil~~ ~~good~~ really fucking random curse that granted him a ~~soul~~ conscience. But rather than leave a "perfect moment of happiness" clause lying around for some kickass blond bombshell to come along and trigger like the ticking bomb it is, this is a proactive curse. Every time Tony comes close to a moment of happiness, the curse causes everything around him to go to hell, preventing the repossession of Tony's ~~soul~~ conscience.

In that light, the last 40 years make perfect sense!
