Fic part 8 and suchness

The weekend was... well, standard Mommy Day Fare, really. (shrugs) I got a pair of new sneakers though, because my old ones were literally falling apart. We had to glue the soles back on, but even that wasn't working too well. ^^; I tried so hard, but they just couldn't cut it. :( Which sucks, because now I have to break in a new pair. And when I say "break in", I mean it in a very physical sense. But other than rampant exhaustion (which totally has a cause now, no love to my uterus), a sore ankle and an inability to be even remotely coherent at times, it was good.
ALSO, I just found a student with the last name of a character and spent several fangirly moments flailing. (Name hidden for obvious reasons.) I may post again later. IDK. I have thoughts running through my head. Those of you who know me well may realize how dangerous this is.
