Yep, this is all the crap I wrote while in the angsty teenage "woe is meeeee" phase of life. I'm going to have to drop these in fics.. they're just too corny and awful to not use somehow.

The dreams of a life time fall in step
To the sad tune, one that burns into the heart
And mind.
My soul aches for what it will ne'er have

And keens it sorrow to the world
A siren's song echoes off the hills
Playing a dance for me, one that will
Soon end.

Rose petals, dried and dead.
A heart, in no better shape.
Can you make me feel again?
Will you let me sing my spirit, play my
Humble dreams?

A new day dawns in the night's departure,
But can the rainbow show it's self?
Will you roll the clouds back for me
And give me the Moon, when I have but a star?

Life is a Merry player, singing all the happy
Tunes.
But as you fall into place, will your dreams
Be so true?

The gleam in your eye says all I'll ever need
To hear
Please say the words once more, for me.
Say "I'll always be here".



Destiny's at my Door

I promised
Said here's where you'd always be
I vowed
My heart for all eternity
And now I know
That I lied

I never thought you'd get
Such a hold on me

I've opened my eyes
And now I see

Life without you's too tough

I left behind my angel wings
Gave up my harp
And the choir that sings
Heaven's gonna be Hell
If you ain't in there with me
And now I'm in Hell and
I never wanna leave

Just One More Time

Time streaches out eternity
Nothing ever crosses this line
Dreaming of things that once were
Living dreams left behind
I see you walking through this hall
The one that goes through my heart
Your footsteps linger in the air
Dreaming of you, we're worlds apart

Why do I need you like this?
Tell me, why you can't be mine?
We once built castles in the sky
But the rain of time tore them down
Like birds nests, long lost in the trees
Like a ghost, whispering of it's life
I'm seeing my past, wishing
For your love, just one more time



Mother's Magik

Mother cries her dying tears
Where she thinks that I can't see
Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond, Gold
They don't mean a thing to me

Her childrean rip her open
Deaf to her screams
We hurt her so much
Yet she lets up as we please

We rape, pillage, slaughter and die
Going on 'til there's nothing to take
But some hear her pain in the wind
How can you ignore her heart break?

I've sat on a rock in the woods
Had a talk with trees
Singing along with a brook
You ne'er know 'til you see

You must fly with the faeries
To know what I know
Play with the undine
Let your heart go

Watch with the gnomes
As flowers unfold
Sit with the dryads
Hear the life below

Progress took her by the throat
Tearing her soul to shreds
Now the Magik hides
Seen by children in their beds

Find the love in your heart
Then take a look around
Ask your questions to th wind
What answers have you found?

It's not too late to save ourselves
To find what's always been there
But be quick, the Magik's almost gone
All or Nothing. Do you Dare?

Loneliness tears me, aching and cold
Like the wicked wind taking it's toll
Hearts beat a song from long ago
Lips whispering silent words, so old

Where is he? Where did my other half go?
Gods please help the future unfold
Will I ever again hear "I love you so"?
Tell me who holds the rest of my soul

A melody drowning out the silence
Your light piercing through the night
These aching old and new emotions
Please, just keep holding me tight

Is it you? Is this where my other half went?
Is that our bright future, is that what it meant?
Will you say to me "I love you so"?
Please tell me, do you hold the rest of my soul?

Before now, I've always been alone
But this night, the moon's no longer cold
You, and only you have my heart to hold
Please. Baby I need to know

Here you are, and you're never going to go
Right now, I can see our future unfold
I just heard you say "I love you so"

Tera's Season

I used to race the wind
Dancing on the clouds
Letting wings carry me
Never touching ground

I used to dream of Dest'ny
Of what it might be
Singing clear as Summer
Seeing straight as a Memory

Then you were gone
I should have been there
You're in endles Spring
I'm in a nightmare

My dreams lay shattered on the ground

I'll Wait

Silence, Void.
A heart can break in two.
Drifting, Sorrow.
Will it never cease?
Lost, Lonely.
Some's waiting, but where is he?
But I'll wait

I once believed in faerie, elves and love come true
I once lost that innocence to tears
Now I see that light coming for me
Why can I only feel fear?

On a crowded street, his hand brushes mine
A face and name drift to my lips to vanish
Into dreams, where destiny comes true
And songs, where love is always there

I close my eyes and see his staring back
I hear his voice cut through my tears
Somewhere there is love ever-lasting, lost to be found
Somehow, I'll find that dream, bring it here
But for now, I'll wait.

Just once I want him to hold me tight
But how can he when we've ne'er met in this life?
How can I know someone I've never known?
Who is that stranger in the shadows
That holds the secrets of my soul?

What if my dreams crumple to ashes?
Heady feelings that fade into the night?
Can I live without him, left to drift? Or must I die?
No! I will stand up and fight.

Someday I'll solve this mystery that plagues my heart
The one that keeps me awake, when the light grows dim
But for now, I'll sit in lonely silence. Fill the Void.
And I'll sing a song, dream of finding him
But I'll have to wait.
