Townhouses are cool! And haha, yes, I've learned that ARMs are bad. Luckily I should have enough to get a 15 year loan rather than an ARM. And hey, your list of minimum requirements looks a bit like mine! Location & price narrow my list down enough that I can't be too picky anyway. ;-)
