I'm in the early stages of house-buying (well, technically it's a condo but it is it's own free standing building, so it doesn't fit my mental image of a condo) which is exciting. Loans! Title insurance! What the hell are ARMs! Hopefully it will be finalized by August so I can move in when my current lease is up. Was home-buying a smooth process for you?
