I think there already is a pod fic big bang over on the LJ pod fic comm.
I tend to see pod fic as for people who like pod fic, and not as a thing on it's own. Like I don't worry about people reading the story, because I'm not making pod fic for them. I'm making it for people who want to listen to it read by me. So release everything at the same time for maximum accessibility, says I.
