The Natasha/Pepper was posted to Marvel_Slash, and the other two were posted to Cap_IronMan. ♥, specifically, was posted 3 minutes before someone else's fic which did make it to the newsletter. I can completely understand why ♥ might have been missed (maybe the day's compiler didn't realize that ♥ was the title?), but is a reply saying so too much to ask? And they covered all of the other meta posts...
