Day after travel. :D

For those who wonder, I am at the parents' place, and so far nothing has gone wrong. The trip was uneventful, excepting cat mess (Set did not like the kennel or the ride), and US-78 in northern Alabama is worse than Arizona in terms of deserted. Even better, I only got lost three times, for a total of ten miles off track! \o/ I got in around 7/8 PM, spent about four hours settling in (my car is still packed, and only at my parents' house do I have to put a bed together and vacuum up sawdust before I can do anything else). Zena missed them though, and their dogs were ecstatic to see me again. I was able to get online for a little while, but then I crashed hard. Tired!

Last night my nephew was born! Better picture later. I got that in a text last night while I was on the road. We're going to go see them today, and then I get to guide Daddy through the intricacies of shopping. Oi. We shall see about that.
