Tony!Pony does listen, but he filters out the stuff Steve!Pony obviously doesn't mean, like 'don't jump in front of me in fights' and 'not everything needs lasers'.
Tony only ever manages Happily Until Next Time. And even then, it's more like Mostly Okay Until Next Time. The barding glowers at Steve!Pony and polishes itself in the belief that Tony!Pony will be attracted by the shiny. It's not wrong.
You can probably buy saddle and bridle accessories. *googles* Yup, you can.
