H/C Bingo

Baaaaaaah.

I figure, though my plate is looking full, I am not playing to win and prompts are Good for Me. It's amazing what forcing out five hundred words can do. That being said... Hard card is hard! D:

domestic abuse (sexual)
hostages
chronic illness
pandemics and epidemics
earth blowing up, escaping to space
nervous breakdown
nausea
septicemia/infected wounds
sexual extortion: to keep a secret (adult)
WILD CARD
self-harm
bullying
ghosts and hauntings
muscle strains and spasms
grief
insanity (always there)
blood loss
homelessness
sensory deprivation
arachnaphobia
heat stroke

I keep going 'oo challenge' and then I'm all NO you have a hundred fics to finish and also important offline challenges.

Yours actually helps, as I regard it with o.O Although homelessness is canon for Tony? He shared a cardboard box with a friendly hobo. Perhaps you could write some Tony/friendly hobo.

Tony also has a chronic condition and has attempted suicide and had a nervous breakdown...

...and there's a What If where they go off into space to stop the world exploding.

OMG does Tony eat microchips and screws? I used to eat a lot of non-food stuff as a child.

Can Steve get infected wounds? I would have thought it unlikely.

You should totally write 3190 fic with Natasha Stark having a thing with Doom and then realising actually, he's insane. He can be her Madam Masque. :D

MA Steve is scared of spiders? :O Poor thing.

I know how you feel about 'epic'. I do not short-fic, really. :( That is why I managed like, two fics for Cliche Bingo.

I've managed to get it down to just sucking on things.

Hurr Hurr Hurr.

That could be interesting. Perhaps he just has lots of stuff, lodged, and they keep having to cut him open and extract bits.

But I expect eventually Doom will convince himself she is conspiring for his throne, or something, and turn on her - er, that would be getting epic, though. I am sure a short ficlet about their relationship and his madness could be beautifully creepy.

There was an MA:A with spiders leading them somewhere... Steve was not there, I think. People kept asking Spidey if it was him, and he was >:[ no. Will Steve go :( at Tony until he goes after the Spider? Will he then squeak "Don't kill it! Put it outside!"

Also I just realise my latest fic is a hurt-comfort epic. Everything that happens in the fic is basically someone comforting someone else. Except the Steve-Thor interaction because Steve was having none of it. :D

(Why do only the top half of icons appear?)

You know, Tony has a canonical fear of cockroaches (mice can be scared away when you're sleeping in an alley because Iron Man #173-180 happened to you. Cockroaches will crawl over you).

Maybe he can sympathize with Steve (or Peter) over their shared nasty-exoskeletoned-things fears.

one of our cats eats fingernail parings (and shredded wheat, which he will actually beg for - maybe he likes the fingernail parings because shredded wheat kind of taste like them).

Pica for an eating disorders fill had seriously never occurred to me, though -- I think the idea's kind of awesome. I saw it in the prompt list and my only thought was "anorexia/bulemia prompt. Do not want."

(I vote for no more all-caps, btw. I find them hard to read, though I don't mind them in the input box.)

I could actually read pica, whereas Tony with anorexia is the kind of thing that I should really avoid for my own good, so I vote pica all the way.

My cats both eat hair with great glee. Particularly my hair, which seems to be tastiest when still attached to my head.
