(cries) Coffee! D: I woke up this morning and my aunt had not only (again) let the coffee go cold, but she'd mixed it with yesterday's coffee. DO NOT WANT. Needless to day, it's 1000 and I've only had a single cup so far (thank you work). Coherency. I can no has. I actually took time to write a note and stuck it on the machine, but I ended up throwing it away. It had way too many curse words for something my Grandpa might end up seeing first, and I'm not going to upset him because Mary and I are butting heads. I'll just have to talk to her when I get home. Hopefully when I'm less pissed off. (headdesk) I might just end up buying my own smaller coffee pot to solve this problem.

And now I just realized that I left my main flash drive at home. Good one, self.

I got my costume yesterday! \o/ Now I just need to figure out the shield (a trip to Lowes should solve that) and pick up the rest of the accessories, then Make Adjustments. (rubs hands) That'll be this weekend. I also need to get my grubby mitts on sophie_448 and see if she's up to go out with me. I won't be drinking (Dude, NaNo is not starting with a hangover), but I refuse to stay home and sulk. (Though I do sulk very well, if I say so myself.)

Finally! I am gearing up towards Halloween. (You're not surprised? Gee, and I thought I was being so very subtle.) I have a few ideas for ways to do this, but I need a bit of halp. Does anyone have any ideas how to help me rev up my LJ? I am either 2/4 possibilities short of an entire week of treating. (So far I have an MP3, drabble offers and FIC, with art & graphics as possibilities.) I'm all for tricks, but I can't think of any good ones, so no help there. I'd prefer fandom-neutral or polyfandom ideas, but anything is welcome. Maybe a Mad Lib... Reposting the pet!Tony fic with the extra scenes and slight editing? The bits and extras of my cast-away Halloween crack fic? (Though that would be more of a trick, since that's not going to be finished.)

*grins* I did think that this might be the case, but I love The Otherworld and would like to see it explored more. Hmmm, maybe if you wrote about Tony and Jarvis in a way which was not immediately clear that they weren't 616!Tony and 616!Jarvis? Like the bit with Tony and Peter and Jan when Steve is waking up? Because then it wouldn't exactly be spoiling anything...

I would like one... uh, about Nick Fury dumping young Alex on Steve for Hallowe'en without quite having the chance to explain that Alex is Phobos, God of Fear. So Steve takes him trick or treating and hijinx ensue.

OR at a Hallowe'en party, Tony has turned up in a costume that suddenly causes Steve to realise that Tony is actually really hot. Ults or 616.

ORRRR MA fic where Tony has been working so hard he's forgotten the date, and when he wanders upstairs for a sandwich, malnourished and sleepless, he sees a room full of zombies and FREAKS OUT, possibly with fire. MA Steve has to remove the pitchfork from his hands and take him off to bed.

ORRRRRRRRR a fic where the Ultimates use the cover of Hallowe'en to do some secret infiltration mission, wearing costumes so no one will suspect them sneaking about, and Steve is totally jealous Tony got the vampire costume and for some reason he's wearing only ripped jeans and body paint as a werewolf.

Also, last time Norman Osborne shot Fury in the head (it is no spoiler to say it was an LMD, it is always an LMD) it was an LMD with Phobos inside, and he popped out and fucked up Osborne's shit while screaming YOU DO NOT FUCK WITH NICK FURY! How about Wiccan thinks Steve and Tony are together, and on Hallowe'en he magically disguises himself as Tony to steal a kiss from Steve (I have a tiny tiny Cap/Wiccan ship) and Steve promptly glomps on to him, and then Real Tony wanders in, and there is, uh, confusion.

Or one where Ult Steve absolutely Goddamn adores Hallowe'en, and everyone is bewildered, and he's all confused when no-one is throwing a costume party, because he's been working on his costume for a month. ): He thought of all the people to enjoy dressing up in costumes, these guys would.

I think it is partly so hot because you know it would absolutely wreck Tony. You can't tell me he doesn't have a tiny sneaking desire to be a Jedi, and Steve all dressed up in the costume murmuring 'There is no peace, there is passion," would reduce him to a quivering pile of mush in about thirty seconds.

I think that in order to not have a crush on Cap, you have to be absolutely and 100% not attracted to men. He's the Marvel U's Exception that way. I can totally see Billy having a mad crush on Cap. And Cap, of course, is monogamous with Tony/wouldn't go after jailbait, but that just MAKES THE CRUSH WORSE, because what's not to want about a guy who's too honorable to take advantage of you even when you want to be taken advantage of plz.

I think Tony trying to be all strait-laced and Zen while Steve gropes him and mutters dirty things is - mmmmm. Steve needs to spend more time being unutterably filthy and blowing Tony's... mind. What? A good sex life is an important part of a happy relationship. Steve just wants to keep their relationship healthy.

There doesn't need to be a fusion. :p It can be Hallowe'en, they're wearing costumes and playing, which has the added bonus that Steve doesn't need to have committed terrible Sith atrocities. If only someone was offering Hallowe'en drabbles that we might request such a thing!
