I sat at home and practiced hermiting lol. There were plans, but they ended up crashing at the last second, which suited me at the time. I'll probably end up doing something later.

Mine is actually a townhouse, which suits my needs well. ARMs are Bad! They get you in low and then bite you in the ass later.

Homebuying was actually very smooth! There were a few WTF moments, but I never actually hit a block on anything. I think it helped that I was super aware of my finances and didn't have very high expectations. (Even if my minimum necessary list of "a kitchen, a bathroom, functional plumbing/electricity and a backyard for my dog" did distress my realtor.)
