Wow, it's like you read my mind and stuff! I was just thinking of making a post about privilege. Not quite like yours, but whatevs, whatevs, get out of my brain :-P But seriously, I think this is an excellent post with excellent advice. I would def like to hear some opinions from PoC because I'm (sometimes painfully) aware of my own white privilege and how it can sometimes blind me to things.
