Yucca Fruit (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yucca) is basically cactus fruit. The jam is exactly what it sounds like, and kind of impossible to find anywhere east of New Mexico. very scrummy. (There's a surprising lot you can do with all sorts of cactus fruit, which I love in general, but Yucca starts with Y, so!)
