This may be the first vampire fic I've read in this fandom that wasn't pure angst. I liked Tony's approach to the whole vampire thing: very practical, from using it as a means to improve his lot in life to his tactics when fighting them. Nicely in character. And you handled Steve well, too. After the opening scene, I wasn't expecting Steve to be particularly open to the new and improved Tony. You used that as a means to show how much Tony meant to him, even if he didn't know it yet.

And those are some classy vampires. It read more like they were fighting against a drug cartel that just happened to have a taste for blood. :) It worked very well for this universe.
