Custom Locks

Well, LJ's done something new again. Now there's a special icon indicating custom FO levels in posts. Only you see it. And while it is indeed shiny, it also means every layout I've ever made needs updating in one way or another. GAH. x.x But I don't want to update until a big in the Calendar is worked out.

In the meantime, a lot of people have been complaining about how it looks. Can't say I blame them. It's yellow - the color scheme accents mine only by accident. So, because I'm a nice person, here's the CSS for changing it. If it's not working, let me know and tell me what your layout is. I'll happily help. :D

Random Graphics

These are just random things I've made in the course of layout designing. Some of them ended up scrapped, but some of them are also used in the layouts I have up. Everything is shown on the background shade or color it looks best on, though some (obviously) need a patterned or busy background.

Layout!

Here's another layout. This one has to be my favorite of all time, even though IE makes it look like hell and there's almost no yaoi. It took me forever to make, too, what with the way work and home are going lately. This, dear people, was inspired by the WIP The Quixotic Fairy Tale by the BirdFox Hybrid Productions. YES, I did a layout for a fic, and everyone should read that fic and inspire the authors to finish it. Maybe I'll even get up the nerve to send it to them.

Kittens!

This makes me feel so special. ^^ I've finished my first real S2 layout for general download. (All the other ones I've done were pretty basic). It's Firefox-only. In IE it looks strange, and I can't figure out how to fix it. (sweatdrop) I blame

nyreak for this, by the way. She's one one responsible for introducing me to flexible squares.

In other news, I'm going to be in Kissimee for the weekend, so I'll be out of touch for the most part. Sorry guys - father calls, and we're not so estranged that I'll say "no" when he asks me to visit and we haven't seen each other in more than a year.
